LET NONE STOP YOU OR TURN YOU ASIDE

The end of the Red Road

quote Today will have an ease and laziness to it. Succumb to that and just let yourself relax. You’ll feel no guilt about taking a nap or swinging in the hammock all day. But things will stir later on when your stomach will want attention. Your brain will be good with that and let you focus long enough to throw together a salad and a tuna melt. quote

-This is my daily foodscope and it couldnt be more appropriate. I dont really have time even to eat what I have prepared for myself. That’s because I am quite preocuppied with editing photos of our Last day Red Cross Training. Earlier we had Water Safety instruction wherein we learned non-swimmers way to save drowning people. It was really fun but the sun was so hot we couldnt stay long in the water. Right now I miss the class already but one must understand that its normal to come and go in this ever changing world. We must be happy that once in our lives our souls have met and graced each other’s presence. TO the people ive met, you will never be forgotten.  I enjoyed the training experience with you. It was fun actually, after passing the water safety exam we had a fun situational analysis exam. The Sitan was a simulation of a bombing incident with five victims. The trainees are to practice the skills and knowledge learned all throughout the whole week and apply it to the bleeding and unconscious victim. So we had our CPR, blood sweep, DCAPBTLS, bandaging and splinting. All in all it was a fun event. We learned something very practical and yet very important and at the same time we had fun doing it. Hopefully, when the skills are needed may we be able to apply the intervention successfully.

dont have photos yet. still waiting for others to upload
